A short review comes first. We check the region, the property type and the questions you already have, then confirm which advisory package applies and its fixed fee in UAH. Nothing is charged before that confirmation.

  • Advisory only We do not sell, negotiate, value, or issue legal, tax or engineering opinions. We help you build the question list and then read the answers.
  • Fee shown upfront Three packages with indicative UAH amounts are published on the fees page. Scope and price are stated in writing before work begins, with no brokerage commission or success fee.
  • Service-area limits We work in stable, accessible regions. We do not take requests for Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, or sanctioned regions and entities.
